We arrange viewings with prospective buyers

We conclude reservation or purchase option contracts with the serious prospective buyers after consultation with you.

We ensure that the serious prospective buyer pays you a deposit or an option price to your account after conclusion of a purchase option contract.

We prepare the notary appointment and initiate a notarial preliminary examination for the buyer.

We make sure that the Spanish purchase contract is translated into GERMAN at the notary appointment and this is FREE OF CHARGE for you.
