This bright and spacious apartment is located between the port and the fishing port of Porto Cristo and has a view of the small park at the end of the canal and the harbour basin.

It is only a few minutes’ walk to the town center, however, the street is quiet and only a few cars use it.

Many small restaurants and bars are also within walking distance.

The apartment is on the third floor of a residential building with only 3 owners. There is no elevator but the staircase is wider than most townhouses.

The apartment is currently divided into 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a small living area and a separate kitchen with dining area and adjoining utility room.

Some windows face the front towards the harbour. Other windows face the rear and look into a large bright courtyard. This makes the apartment very bright. A large balcony offers space for the whole family.
Two walls were added during the renovation about 10 years ago to create more bedrooms, but this could easily be opened up again to create a larger living area.

Porto Cristo was originally the port supplying the city of Manacor, which has been one of the most important trading centers on the sunny island, since the Middle Ages. Today this coastal town is popular with tourists and sailing enthusiasts.

The beach and harbour are within walking distance. Shops for daily needs are in the immediate vicinity.

The main beach of the resort is called Playa de Porto Cristo. It is in the middle of the town and has a tree-lined promenade, restaurants, and shops.
