This wonderful stone finca was built in 1996 and completed in 2003. Only natural stones from the property were used for the stone walls.

This corner plot of approximately 17,000 m2 is located on the outskirts of Sant Llorenc and offers a view from the upper floor over the roofs of Sant Llorenc to the Son Carrio church tower. The sea can be seen in the distance and the mountains behind the house also offer a unique panorama.

After the owners bought and amalgamated the neighbouring plot they could license a 14.5 x 4 m infinity pool at the front of the house.

The beautiful bougainvilleas planted at the front of the house 20 years ago form a natural roof over the veranda.

A staircase leads to the entrance giving direct access to the large, open-plan designed living space. The wooden oak floor sets off a unique fireplace with a wooden beam from a historic townhouse in Palma. The chimney runs through to the upper floor and takes the heat to the gallery above.

The property has 6 bedrooms, 3 are in the basement and each has an individually designed bathroom en suite.
The master bedroom on the upper floor has a view of the sea and a dressing area with a bathroom reflecting the owner’s passion for sailing. The bathroom and shower have wooden floors sealed with maritime lacquer.

The balcony on the upper floor connects a bedroom with a passage room, which could be used for the children and offers a wonderful distant view of the coast. Together with another bedroom, this area shares a bathroom in a more traditional style from the earlier years.

The kitchen with a cooking island is on the ground floor and is connected by a wooden door to the covered terrace area with a fireplace and summer kitchen. An ideal place to find a cooler shady spot in the summer months or to sit outdoors with the fireplace in the cooler season.

Located in the northeast of Mallorca, Sant Llorenç is just a few kilometres away from Manacor.
The authentic Mallorcan village is surrounded by countryside and an agricultural area with almonds, herds of animals, fig and olive trees.

In the village itself has many facilities (shops, drugstores, groceries, banks etc.) as well as restaurants, bars and even a small hotels.
There are also schools and other public service buildings in Sant Llorenç.
2000 years B.C. in the Bronze Age, pre-Talayotic people lived in the area that today belongs to Sant Llorenç. For this reason, there are a large number of archaeological sites. In 1892, Sant Llorenç became an independent municipality, which includes S’Illot, Cala Millor and Sa Coma. .

Sant Llorenç was connected to Manacor and Artá ​​by train until 1977, when the service was discontinued. Today, the former railway line is ideal to go running, cycling or horseback riding.
The VIA VERDE – as the route is called today – connects Manacor with Artà and also passes Sant Llorenç.

In the centre of the village is the 14th-century Baroque church that stands on Plaça Nova, the village’s central square.

The finca has a valid rental license, which has not yet been activated. Should the new owner wants to operate the finca as a holiday property, according to information from the Sant Llorenc town hall, they can activate the license.
The costs for activation is 3000 euros per bed. The license is for 10 guest beds.
