This finca is located between the coastal town of Portocolom and the popular golf course “Vall D’Or Golf” on a 2100 m2 plot.

A large gate leads to the property, where there is a large area to park. There is also a brick carport at the house.

This property is located near Porto Colom, one of the most attractive marina town along the east coast of Majorca and situated only 12 km from Cala d’Or.

Portocolom is a traditional fishing village on the east coast of Mallorca. The main feature of the town is the large natural harbour, with working fishing boats, alongside modern sailing and motor craft.

The marina waterfront offers many shops, cafes and restaurants, which are active throughout the year.
The well known Cala d´Or Golf Club is only a 10 minute drive away.

There are many sandy beaches in the vicinity and Palma is about 60 km. away, for those with cultural, historical and shopping interests.
